Memory Care communities are housing and medical providers specializing in the needs of Alzheimer’s and other dementias associated with some aging persons. These facilities offer specialized, individualized programs for residents with memory impairment. These programs may be offered in unison with other levels of care or the community may be solely dedicated to the memory impaired.
